Returns & refunds

Every sale currently takes place in person at our Corpus Christi shop. There is no online checkout on this site yet, so nothing on these pages can be bought or shipped from here. The catalog is here so you know what we carry before you come in.

If a product is defective, damaged, sealed incorrectly, or simply is not what you were handed at the counter, bring it back with your receipt and we will make it right. Contact us as soon as you notice, because the sooner we hear about it the more we can do.

Call or text the shop first if you can. It is usually quicker than a return trip, and we can often sort it out before you set off.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on consumable products once they have been opened or the seal has been broken. This is standard across the industry and it is not something we have discretion over.

Unopened, sealed product in its original packaging is a different matter. Bring it in with your receipt and we will talk it through.

Apparel can be returned unworn and unwashed with any tags still attached, together with your receipt. Stickers and other small merchandise are not returnable once opened.

Prices and stock shown on this site reflect our catalog and can change. Where a product page shows a range, that is the ladder across sizes rather than a single price. What you pay is the price at the counter on the day.

When online ordering opens, the terms covering payment, shipping, cancellations and returns for online purchases will be published on this page before the first order can be placed.
