This website does not ask you to create an account, does not take payment, and does not run advertising or analytics trackers. In ordinary browsing it collects nothing about you that identifies you.

When you contact us by phone, text or email, we keep what you send us so we can answer you. That is the extent of it.

The 21+ confirmation on your first visit is stored in your own browser's local storage under the key qbr-age-verified. It records only that the confirmation happened. It is not sent to us, it is not shared, and clearing your browser data removes it.

If you call, text or email us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Wholesale and vending enquiries may involve business details you send us. Those are treated the same way.

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs, which can include IP addresses and request information. These are generated by the infrastructure, are used for security and reliability, and are not used by us to build any profile of you.

Our lab results page links to certificates hosted by the manufacturers who commissioned them. Following one of those links takes you to a site we do not control, with its own privacy practices. The same applies to map and social links.

This site is intended only for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this page when what we collect changes. In particular, adding online ordering would introduce payment processing and order records, and this policy will be rewritten to cover that before any such feature goes live.
