The hemp/hemp products on qbrcannabinoids.com have been tested for delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (T+iC) concentrations by either an independent third-party or in-house analytical laboratory. The laboratory’s certificate of analysis (COA) on our products can be found on our COA page. The delta-9 THC concentrations do not exceed 0.3%, which is the limit set by the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018.
Current federal law specifically authorizes interstate commerce in, and transportation, Section 10114 of the 2018 Farm Bill states:
Interstate commerce:
Rule of construction. Nothing in this title or an amendment made by this title prohibits the interstate commerce of hemp (as defined in section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (as added by section 10113)) or hemp products.
Transportation of hemp and hemp products. No State or Indian Tribe shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products produced in accordance with subtitle G of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (as added by section 10113) through the State or the territory of the Indian Tribe, as applicable.
Our products also conform with the US Postal Service’s “Publication 52 Revision: New Mailability Policy for Cannabis and Hemp-Related Products”, issued on June 6, 2019, which states:
“Under Postal Service regulations, including Publication 52 Revision, part 212, mailers are responsible for their own compliance with all laws and regulations governing mailability. Following this revision, after will also be responsible for retaining documentation which shows that they are complying with all such laws. A mailer is not required to present the documentation at time of mailing, but such documentation may be requested either at that time or on a later date if there is doubt about the item’s mailability or the addressee’s ability to legally receive it.”
Specifically, our products meet the criteria.
